Change to Trustee's Document Delivery Portal

As of May 6, 2024, the Trustee's Document Delivery Portal has updated. EPIQ sent an email to all Users advising of the need to reset their password.  Dont worry, the same password may be used, but because of the upgrade, the password will need reset.  If you do not see the EPIQ email, please review your Spam/Junk folder.  If you still did not receive an email after viewing all possible folders, please contact EPIQ directly at DeliveryPortalSupport@epiqglobal.com or (888) 374-2713.

Attorneys should be filing fee applications as soon as the case is confirmed. If the Confirmation Order requires a fee application be filed and the Trustee does not see that this has been done, a reminder email will be sent indicating a two (2) week deadline to file the required fee application. If a fee application is not timely filed, the Trustee will release funds being held for the attorney so disbursements to other Creditors can begin.   Additionally, please remember to include the appropriate Bankrutpcy Code Section or Rule in the fee application.
