If you have a question regarding the status of your client’s case, you may contact the Trustee’s office. You may also obtain information regarding Plan payments, creditor claims, disbursements, by visitng the National Data Center (NDC) website at www.ndc.org. If you do not have access to this site, contact the Trustee's office to get registered.

You may access this information on the National Data Center (NDC) website at www.ndc.org. Please note that payments recently mailed by your client to the Trustee's lockbox may not yet be posted to your client's case.

If you are seeking copies of specific forms for filing with the Bankruptcy Court, please visit the website for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio at http://www.ohnb.uscourts.gov/. Click on Forms.
I need to reschedule a Meeting of Creditors.
If you have a Meeting of Creditors that needs to be rescheduled, please contact the Trustee’s office at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting at 216-621-4268 and follow the prompts.
I need to reschedule or postpone a court hearing.
The Trustee’s office is unable to assist you in this matter. You must contact the Judge’s courtroom deputy at the Bankruptcy Court regarding adjournments.
I have a new mailing address.
If you or your office has recently moved, please notify the Trustee’s office by email, fax or U.S. mail. Please also be sure to take appropriate action with the Bankruptcy Court in order to change the mailing address on record in each one of your cases.
How do I upload client documents to the Trustee's office securely?
The Trustee requires all documentation to be submitted to the office using the EPIQ Document Delivery Portal. Please contact the Trustee's office to have a personal invitation sent to your email. Once registered, the attorney may begin uploading all documentation through this secure portal.
