Creditor Disbursement Information
The Trustee's office disburses creditor payments, attorney fees and debtor refunds on or about the 10th of each month.
If you are an attorney or creditor and are interested in receiving your payments via electronic funds transfer (EFT), please complete and submit the EFT form to the Trustee's office. If you have any questions, please contact Debbie Plaga at dplaga@ch13cleve.com.
